Berlin-based dynamo Yunis debuts on Twenty Twenty London with the 'Catharsis' EP

Sitting at the intersection between restrained techno and halftime bass music, the project opens with 'ACID' which bubbles along with scalpel-like precision before progressing into the twisting and angular cold-metal neck-snap of 'Coldcuts'. Edges soften for the fleshy hypnotic disorientation of 'Rumble' and 'Woofer' until the EP culminates with "Soft Taco", which sees FRII joining the fray to deliver an exercise in driving analogue hellfire.
